Using RallyTO
RallyTO is a community directory and coordination service for table tennis players, hosts, coaches, clubs, and event organizers. You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service lawfully and respectfully.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Private venue hosts must be at least 18 years old and authorized to organize the activity at the stated venue. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts for spam, harassment, or evasion of a block.
Activities and venues
Hosts are responsible for confirming venue permission, capacity, access, fees, safety, and schedule accuracy. Players are responsible for deciding whether an activity and venue are appropriate for them. RallyTO does not supervise activities or guarantee that a host, player, venue, event, rating, or listing is accurate or safe.
Payments
RallyTO does not currently collect or process activity payments. Any payment is arranged directly between users or with a venue. Confirm fees before attending and do not send money to unfamiliar users without independently verifying the activity.
Community conduct
No harassment, discrimination, threats, dangerous conduct, fraud, spam, impersonation, or publication of another person’s private information is permitted. Do not use RallyTO to arrange unlawful activity. We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts when necessary to protect the community.
User content
You retain responsibility for information you submit. You give RallyTO permission to display and process submitted content as needed to operate, moderate, and improve the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
Third-party information
Club schedules, community-centre programs, prices, tournaments, coaching details, and external links can change. Confirm important information with the official organizer or venue before travelling, registering, or paying.
Service availability
RallyTO is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, contain errors, or become temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, RallyTO is not responsible for losses arising from user conduct, third-party venues, external services, or participation in an activity.
Reports and account removal
You can report content or block another player through the Safety tools. You can permanently delete your account from your profile. We may retain anonymized public submissions or support records where reasonably necessary.
