Meeting safely

• Meet new players at a club, community centre, school, or other public venue when possible.
• Tell someone where you are going when visiting a private venue.
• Leave immediately if a situation feels unsafe.
• Call emergency services for immediate danger. RallyTO reports are not monitored as an emergency service.

Payments and fees

• RallyTO does not collect activity payments.
• Confirm venue fees directly with the host or venue.
• Do not send deposits to unfamiliar players before verifying the activity.
• Report suspicious payment requests or misleading fees.

Community guidelines

• Be accurate about your level, venue, schedule, and fees.
• No harassment, discrimination, threats, spam, or impersonation.
• Do not publish another person’s address or contact details.
• Hosts must have permission to organize activities at the venue.

Privacy

Public listings show general locations and venue names. Private addresses and access instructions are limited to hosts and accepted guests. Information submitted in reports is used to review safety concerns.
