What can I do on RallyTO?
You can find available table tennis players, browse or host play sessions, look for tournament and league teammates, discover clubs and community centres, and review upcoming competitions.
What are you trying to do?
I have a place and need players
Host a play session with the venue, time, level, cost, and number of guest spots. Players can request to join, and you decide whom to accept.
I need both a place and someone to play with
Connect with an available player first, compare your general play areas, and use the Places directory to find a club or community centre near either player or roughly between you. Confirm table availability with the venue, then share the final choice through private messaging.
I need one practice partner and I am flexible on location
Make your player listing visible with your general play areas and weekly availability, or invite an available player and suggest a public venue or general meeting area.
I have access to a private table
Host a session using the general venue name and city. An exact address is optional and, when provided, is shown only to accepted guests.
I only need somewhere to play
Browse clubs, social ping-pong venues, and community centres on the Places page. Always confirm current hours, prices, and table availability before visiting.
I want to join an existing game
Browse scheduled play sessions and request a guest spot with a short introduction to the host.
I need a tournament or league teammate
Browse teammate requests or publish one that names the event and describes the player you need.
I do not have a specific date yet
Publish your general weekly availability so nearby players can find and invite you.
Do I need an account?
You can browse public players, sessions, places, and tournaments without an account. Sign in to publish your availability, invite a player, request a session spot, host an activity, message accepted connections, or manage your posts in My Rally.
How do I let players find me?
Open My Rally or your player profile and choose “Make me visible” or “Show me in player search.” Your public listing can include your display name, optional picture, general play areas, level, interests, and availability. You can pause the listing at any time.
How do player invitations work?
Choose an available player and send a suggested date, time, venue or general area, and message. The other player can accept or decline in My Rally. After acceptance, both players can coordinate through private messages.
How do play sessions work?
A host publishes the venue, schedule, level, cost, and number of guest spots. Players request to join with a short introduction. The host accepts or declines each request, and accepted guests can then see any private access details and message the host.
Can I find a tournament or league teammate?
Yes. Create a teammate request, name the event when possible, and describe the level or type of teammate you need. These requests appear separately from ordinary play sessions.
What location information is public?
Public listings show a city, general play area, neighbourhood, or recognizable venue name. Exact addresses and private access instructions are optional and are shown only to the host and accepted activity guests.
Does RallyTO collect activity payments?
No. RallyTO does not process session fees. Any club admission, table rental, or host-listed cost is paid directly to the venue or arranged with the host. Confirm the amount before attending.
Are club and community-centre schedules guaranteed?
No. Hours, prices, drop-ins, closures, and table availability can change. RallyTO links to official sources, but you should confirm with the venue before travelling.
How do notifications work?
My Rally highlights invitations and join requests that need your response. Their notification badge remains until you accept or decline each request. Informational alerts are cleared when you review My Rally.
How can I stay safe?
Meet unfamiliar players at a public venue when possible, keep private information out of public fields, confirm fees and venue rules, and leave any situation that feels unsafe. You can block players and report concerning activity through RallyTO.

Send a question, correction, or problem through the RallyTO contact form.
